Your role as a partner won't involve a great deal of effort on your part – and no financial obligation. EducationQuest Foundation is just asking for your help in promoting the four KnowHow2GO steps whenever and wherever possible.

About KnowHow2GO
KnowHow2GO is a national college-access campaign developed by the American Council on Education, Lumina Foundation for Education and the Ad Council to inform 8th-10th graders about steps they need to take to make college possible. The campaign includes media promotion, online resources and print materials.

About KnowHow2GONebraska
EducationQuest was selected to sponsor KnowHow2GO in Nebraska and Governor Heineman helped us launch the campaign in June 2007 as part of his effort to increase the state's college-going rate.

Since the launch, EducationQuest has:

• coordinated placement of free statewide radio and television public service announcements, newspaper ads and billboards
• distributed KnowHow2GO materials to schools statewide last fall
• developed an online KnowHow2GONebraska "guided tour" that links students to free college-planning resources
• held KnowHow2GO "pep rally" events at schools across the state that featured participation from Governor Heineman and Miss Nebraska Ashley Bauer
• scheduled a KnowHow2GO event March 6-7, 2008 at Westfield/Gateway Mall in Lincoln as part of Westfield’s recent partnership with the campaign
• coordinated a KnowHow2GO College Access Symposium April 3, 2008 for Nebraska high school counselors

Your role as a partner
EducationQuest will add your organization to the partner list on the KnowHow2GONebraska website.
We will also ask you to:

• post a link to www.KnowHow2GoNebraska.org on your organization or school websites. You may use this graphic.
• Place a KnowHow2GO article and ad in your school or organization publications. You'll find them at www.educationquest.org/knowhow2go.asp
• promote KnowHow2GO to students, parents and constituents whenever possible. We will provide materials if you need them.
